New editors in Journal Annals of Hepatology

Last April, the new editor-in-chief of the Official Journal of ALEH, AMH and CASL: Annals of Hepatology was elected. This important challenge was assumed by Dr. Arturo Panduro (Mexico), who will contribute with a knowledge and to the publication of one of the most important media of our specialty. This is the culmination of the work of Prof. Nahum Méndez Sánchez as editor-in-chief for more than a decade. ALEH thanks Prof. Méndez Sánchez for his invaluable contribution to the growth of hepatology in Latin America.

At the same time, Dr. Marco Arrese (Chile) was chosen as ALEH’s representative to the magazine, who happily assumed this new position. Dr. Fernando Contreras, President of ALEH, commented on this designation, “I am very confident in the expertise and impressive track record of Dr. Arrese in the scientific and research area, and we know he will be an excellent contribution for Annals.”

This year, all those who submit papers for the ALEH Congress, in September, will see their abstracts published in the magazine. To see more information about the Congress and how to send your abstracts, visit:
