Dear Colleagues,
We will start the virtual meetings of the Interest Group of Autoimmune Hepatopathies and we invite all interested members to register.
Our first project is to conduct the Latin America survey of Cholestatic Diseases, adding the already collected Brazilian data to the Latin American data. To do this, we will send the project to be approved in each institution and the link of the Red Cap program to fill in the data of each center.
We have the collaboration of colleagues to include the largest number of centers throughout Latin America. To do this, we ask you to register in the group so that you can be contacted and participate.
Goals
- To create a space for interaction, exchange of experiences and networking among hepatologists interested in specific topics, in this case autoimmune liver diseases.
- To generate Latin American data to better understand the epidemiology of autoimmune liver diseases, promoting clinical research and scientific publication.
- To develop clinical guidelines of cirrhosis and its complications focused on the situation of our region.
- To encourage collaborative work with other international scientific societies (AASLD, EASL, APASL)
- To develop continuing medical education programs for health professionals through on-line courses.
